Obamacare: Names to Remember Come November

Below is a list of votes cast last night in the House on Obamacare at gunpoint and a takeover of one fifth of the economy by the federal government. Remember the names come the November mid-term elections. Vote them out of Congress.

Republicans are attempting to portray themselves as defenders of the Constitution and advocates of smaller government and less federal borrowing and spending. Don’t let them get away with it. A Republican Congress under Bush tripled the federal budget, started two illegal and undeclared wars, and passed the unconstitutional Patriot Act. On the list below you will see how each of these congressmen voted by the "Y" or "N" after their name. The ones who voted Yes "Y" are traitors to the American People and need to be exposed for their treason!

I remember when this used to be a Representative Democracy, a government for the people and run by the people with elected officials put in place to represent their collective will, not to fulfill their own leftist ideologies or capitulate to pressure from the powers that be. The people clearly have no representation in government as clearly evidenced by the sickening display last night by the House of Representatives that, despite an overwhelming number of people in this country not wanting a government takeover of their health care plan (The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 41% favor the plan while 54% are opposed. These figures include just 26% who Strongly Favor the plan and 45% who are Strongly Opposed...... http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/current_events/healthcare/september_2009/health_care_reform ), they have decided to ram it down our throats anyways amounting to the largest tax hike in history. Now my question for you is this, when the Government ceases to be governed by the will of the people and in turn enacts its will upon the people, what recourse are "We the People" to be left with while the rule of law is corrupted by the people in power. We all know the answer....... question is will it be done by force of arms like before, or through litigation and debate.......Time will tell but I think that those of us familiar with history already know this answer!

Obama's Ideology Threatens America

During what can only be hoped will be the final struggle between the socialist and capitalist approach to health care the debate is focused on the cost of Obamacare, its impact on the nation's economy, its legislative over-reach, and the fact that it will ration care.

http://www.rightsidenews.com/201003149067/editorial/obamas-ideology-threatens-america.html

If Obama wins, America loses. The "reforms" will ultimately end up killing people who would otherwise have survived illness or injury if it is implemented. Beyond that, Obama's efforts to control large segments of the economy will pick up momentum.

An entire generation or more of Americans who did not live through the Cold War waged against the former Soviet Union or saw the rise of communism in China are unaware of the toll it took on humanity. In a 1997 book, "The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression", published by Harvard University, it set the death tolls at 65 million in China, 20 million in the Soviet Union, and so on. The total worldwide exceeded 100 million.

This week Americans will see if their system of government works to represent their will. When it controls the provision of health care, the government will literally have life and death authority over people.

Those who voted for Obama, giving him a fairly slim margin of victory, and those who instinctively sensed something terribly wrong in the man have now had their worst fears confirmed.

If our system of government works, it will reject Obamacare because that is what it was designed to do. The Constitution is structured to slow down the passage of a really bad law and to create obstacles to bringing it to a vote.

Only an administration with a totalitarian inclination would go to the lengths we've seen to pass a law that 75% of the people reject.

Obama is driven entirely by ideology and it's the same one that motivated Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, and the other dictators of the last century.

Ideologically, Obama is a communist whose views were shaped by a communist mentor in his youth. He is a true believer in the economic and social views of communism that government must control all aspects of the individual's life and owns the fruits of his labors and earnings.

Over the years the voters have elected representatives and senators who subscribe to socialism since its introduction during the FDR era. Speaker Nancy Pelosi does not have to concern herself with the nearly 80 members of the Progressive Caucus. She has no Republican votes. It's the other Democrats who are giving her fits.

Beyond Obamacare, there are other issues that are directly affected by his ideology and at the top of the list is the belief that the economy must be destroyed in order that a new set of governing principles be imposed. It is astonishing how the power of the executive and a highly centralized government facilitates this.

No element of government rule is safe from Obama's clique of leftist "czars" installed to direct the various departments of government. From attempting to seize large portions of land for federal control to threats to regulate carbon dioxide, the heavy hand of socialist goals can be seen.

The administration moved swiftly to acquire control over General Motors and Chrysler instead of allowing them to go through bankruptcy for restructuring. Its "stimulus" program not only isn't producing jobs, the number of jobless grows with every passing month.

Obama's most troubling ideological threat to the nation is in the area of national security. In his book, "Courting Disaster", Marc Theissen documents "how Barack Obama has exposed (CIA) secrets to the enemy, unilaterally disarmed us in the face of terror, and invited the next attack." Another attack would be the opportunity to declare a national emergency and impose martial law.

Regarding the CIA interrogation program that produced invaluable intelligence about the structure of al Qaeda as well as its plans for more attacks, Theissen notes that "in his first forty-eight hours in office, President Obama shut the program down." That is not the act of a man whose very oath of office requires that he swear to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" and, by doing so, protect its citizens.

The President's ideology and that of his Attorney General blinded both to the obvious idiocy of extending Constitutional rights to enemy combatants, men not even protected by the Geneva Convention rules of warfare. The announcement that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would be tried in New York City produced instant and widespread outrage.

Outrage has also been demonstrated by the thousand and more TEA Party (Taxed Enough Already) groups that have sprung up around the nation. Their protests are being heard despite the effort of the mainstream media to marginalize them.

The best thing Barack Obama could do for his nation would be to submit his letter of resignation as President. He's not likely to do that because he is too busy trying to destroy America.

Another Obama army...................Nationalized Health Corps Workforce Army

Introducing ObamaCare's New Public Health Workforce Corps! (or as that ignorant nigger would pronounce it "Corpse")

Lurking within the recently-released Reconciliation bill is a brand new corps of government workers.
Page 911 of the 2010 Reconciliation PDF. Section 223
1.

‘‘Subpart XII-Public Health Workforce

2 ‘‘SEC. 340L. PUBLIC HEALTH WORKFORCE CORPS.

3 ‘‘(a) ESTABLISHMENT.-There is established, within

4 the Service, the Public Workforce Corps (in this

5 subpart referred to as the ‘Corps'), for the purpose of en-

6 suring an adequate supply of public health professionals

7 throughout the Nation. The Corps shall consist of-

8 ‘‘(1) such officers of the Regular and Reserve

9 Corps of the Service as the Secretary may designate; ...."

It's not Nationalized Health . It's a Health Corps!

I'm probably embellishing, but given that Nancy and her indefatigable army of legislative word processors would have to invert their language through the Scwarschild Radius of a black hole in reverse entropy just to approximate honesty, I figure I'm not far off labeling this "Health Corps" provision as approaching mandatory volunteerism.

It sounds like the tactics of Huey Long, who said -

"Them what comes in with me now, get a big piece of pie.
Them what come in with me later, get pie.
Them what don't come in with me, will get good government."

In Nancy Pelosi's vision of America, I can see how volunteering for a hitch through the Health Corps gets you access to all sorts of goodies; Federal Bonus Points, credit and privilege, etc. but if you don't volunteer then you're going to get good government.

A trusted blogger emailed me the PDF of the reconciliation bill above, which we now know is but a placeholder. The Universe turns out to have a wicked sense of humor; the Corps begins on page 911 of the Bill.

It speaks of regular and reserve Officers, scholarships, loans, obligated service, individual contracts, training centers, the traditional income redistribution scheme of grants and grant proposals, etc. The debt repayment provisions are especially attractive to certain sectors of our population. It appears to be an indentured servitude gig. You sign up, do your part for nationalizing health care and the Corps will get the American taxpayer to foot the bill for your training and educational costs and retire your debts. Of course, if pinned down, I'm sure this will be characterized as a draft, a proposal, need to modify, hasn't been reconciled yet or any of a number of ways to weasel the simple truth that until Nancy Pelosi votes on it she won't have any idea what's in this 'Bill'.

Read more of this thing at your own discretion. The next heading after the Public Health Corps is Adapting The Workforce to Evolving Health Care Needs, which I take to mean, in the double speak legal jargon of phraseology and policyspeak, that you and your job skills will adapt to the needs of the Health Care Corps, not the other way around. We are living, after all, in the era Hunter S Thompson labeled as The Age of Confusion, Ruled By The New Dumb.

In any event, here it is in all its Constitutional Gore and Socialist Glory. The 2010 Reconciliation and whatever the heck else it's titled. Good Luck.

Obama, Senators plot $2.6 Trillion Illegal Alien Amnesty

http://www.latimes.com/news/nation-and-world/la-na-immigration5-2010mar05,0,1123497.story

Barack Hussein Obama, in a secretive meeting, has asked his staff to ready for an attempt to push an illegal alien amnesty through Congress before voters start paying attention. The initiative will be led in the Senate by radical left-wing New York Senator Charles (BIG JEW) Schumer and liberal Republican Lindsay ( zionist/israeli agent) Graham. Due to increased voter scrutiny, they are having trouble finding Republicans besides Graham willing to go along with the scheme. Even liberal Republican John McCain who co-sponsored the last attempt at amnesty, facing voter anger and a primary election challenge from J.D. Hayworth, has opted not to come on board publicly this time.

Although the LA Times claims there are only 10.8 million illegal aliens, many analysts estimate the total number of illegal aliens in the United States to be much more, including a report prepared by top financial analysts in 2005 which estimated the population at 20 million and growing, including an aunt of Barack Obama. An cost estimate prepared before the similar amnesty proposed in 2007 placed the price tag at around $2.6 trillion, due primarily to increased eligibility for government welfare and entitlement programs. This estimate was prepared using the official government figures of 10-12 million illegal aliens, so the cost could be twice as high ($5.2 trillion) if, as many estimate, the number of illegal aliens is twice as high as the government estimate.

'Coincidentally', turning 10-20 million illegal aliens into 10-20 million undereducated, impoverished welfare dependent citizens would also add 10-20 million new voters to the planned 'new Democratic majority' which has been hemorrhaging middle class American voters as the economic disaster of the current administration's policies becomes ever more apparent. Obama and the Senators have also not explained how they would enforce the proposed registration and tax requirements when they have thus far not been able or willing to enforce existing immigration laws.

Here is the article as reported in the LA Times:

http://www.latimes.com/news/nation-and-world/la-na-immigration5-2010mar05,0,1123497.story

Reporting from Washington - Despite steep odds, the White House has discussed prospects for reviving a major overhaul of the nation's immigration laws, a commitment that President Obama has postponed once already.

Obama took up the issue privately with his staff Monday in a bid to advance a bill through Congress before lawmakers become too distracted by approaching midterm elections.

In the session, Obama and members of his Domestic Policy Council outlined ways to resuscitate the effort in a White House meeting with two senators -- Democrat Charles E. Schumer of New York and Republican Lindsey Graham of South Carolina -- who have spent months trying to craft a bill.

According to a person familiar with the meeting, the White House may ask Schumer and Graham to at least produce a blueprint that could be turned into legislative language.

The basis of a bill would include a path toward citizenship for the 10.8 million people living in the U.S. illegally. Citizenship would not be granted lightly, the White House said. Undocumented workers would need to register, pay taxes and pay a penalty for violating the law. Failure to comply might result in deportation.

Nick Shapiro, a White House spokesman, said the president's support for an immigration bill, which would also include improved border security, was "unwavering."

Participants in the White House gathering also pointed to an immigration rally set for March 21 in Washington as a way to spotlight the issue and build needed momentum.

Though proponents of an immigration overhaul were pleased that the White House wasn't abandoning the effort, they also wanted Obama to take on a more assertive role, rather than leave it to Congress to work out a compromise.

Immigration is a delicate issue for the White House. After promising to revamp in his first year of office what many see as a fractured system, Obama risks angering a growing, politically potent Latino constituency if he defers the goal until 2011.

But with the healthcare debate still unresolved, Democrats are wary of plunging into another polarizing issue.

"Right now we have a little problem with the 'Chicken Little' mentality: The sky is falling and consequently we can't do anything," Rep. Raul M. Grijalva (D-Ariz.) said in an interview.

Republicans are unlikely to cooperate. On Capitol Hill, Republicans said that partisan tensions had only gotten worse since Obama signaled this week that he would push forward with a healthcare bill, whether he could get GOP votes or not.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) said in an interview, "The things you hear from the administration won't be well received."

Schumer, speaking as he walked quickly through the Capitol, said he was having trouble rounding up Republican supporters apart from Graham. "It's tough finding someone, but we're trying," Schumer said.

On Thursday, Schumer met with Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who oversees the government's immigration efforts, to strategize over potential Republican co-sponsors.

"We're very hopeful we can get a bill done. We have all the pieces in place. We just need a second Republican," Schumer said in a statement.

Among proponents, there is a consensus that a proposal must move by April or early May to have a realistic chance of passing this year. If that deadline slips, Congress' focus is likely to shift to the November elections, making it impossible to take up major legislation.

"There's no question that this is a heavy lift and the window is narrowing," said Janet Murguia, president and chief executive of the National Council of La Raza, a Latino advocacy group.

When it comes to immigration, Obama's strategy echoes that of healthcare. He has deferred heavily to Congress, leaving it up to Schumer and Graham to reach a breakthrough with the idea that he would put his weight behind the resulting compromise.

Republican Sen. Lindsey (BIG JEW) Graham, right, and Democratic Sen. Charles (ZIONIST ISRAELI AGENT) Schumer discussed the effort this week with chimp Obama.

ANY SUPRISE THAT THESE GUYS ARE JEWS!
